Cooler Power Water-Cooled Computer Warranty Policy

Warranty Coverage: We provides a comprehensive warranty for all water-cooled computer systems, ensuring our customers receive only the highest quality products. This warranty includes:

  1. General Component Warranty:

    • Duration: 90 days from the date of purchase.
    • Coverage: This warranty covers all components of the water-cooled computer system for defects in materials and workmanship when used under normal conditions. This includes the motherboard, CPU, RAM, storage devices, and case.
  2. Water-Cooling Component Warranty:

    • Duration: Additional 2 years following the initial 90-day period.
    • Coverage: This extended warranty specifically covers the water-cooling components such as the radiator, water blocks, coolant, pumps, and fans. Coverage extends to defects in materials and workmanship experienced during normal use.

Exclusions: The following are not covered by this warranty:

  • Damage resulting from improper installation or maintenance performed by anyone other than LuxeByte authorized service personnel.
  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, improper environment (excessive heat, corrosive environments, etc.), accidents, unauthorized modifications, or other acts beyond the reasonable control of LuxeByte, including damage caused by spills of food or liquids.
  • Consumables such as batteries and cables.
  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect the functionality of the device, including but not limited to scratches and dents.

Claims Process: To initiate a warranty claim, customers must contact LuxeByte customer support through our website or phone. Customers will need to provide:

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice).
  • A detailed description of the issue.
  • Any relevant photos or videos as requested by support staff.

Service and Repairs:

  • Upon receiving your claim, Cooler Power will assess the defect and determine the best course of action. If a repair is necessary, LuxeByte will either repair the defective part or replace it with a new or refurbished part at no cost to the customer.
  • Repairs or replacements will be completed in a timely manner and LuxeByte will cover all shipping costs associated with the warranty service.
