At Cooler Power, we understand the excitement that comes with buying a new gaming PC. That’s why we strive to ensure that all our computers are built and shipped as quickly as possible, without compromising on quality. Here's what you can expect when you order from us:

1. Shipping Times:

  • AIO (All-In-One) Gaming PCs: Since these systems require minimal customization, we ship them within approximately 3 business days of receiving your order.
  • Custom Loop PCs: These high-end systems require detailed assembly and testing. As such, we ship them within approximately 5 business days.
  • Other Products: For accessories and non-customized products, we guarantee next business day shipping.

2. Customization and Build Time:

  • All custom PCs, including both AIO and Custom Loop models, are assembled on-demand according to your specifications. We prioritize quality and precision, ensuring each system meets LuxeByte’s high standards before it leaves our facility.

3. Shipping Process:

  • Once your order is ready to ship, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information. We uses trusted shipping partners to ensure that your order arrives safely and on time.
  • Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location and the specifics of your order.

4. Shipping Costs:

  • We offer PC free shipping in Canada & US
  • For other products, Free shipping is also available for other products with a total of $200 or more. Shipping costs vary based on the size and weight of the item as well as the shipping destination. Exact shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. 

5. International Shipping:

  • Cooler Power currently does not serve countries other than US & Canada.

6. Packaging:

  • All our products are packaged securely to prevent damage during transit. In the unlikely event that your product arrives damaged, please contact us immediately to arrange a replacement or repair.

7. Customer Service:
